Hang measuring cups and spoons on the inside of your kitchen pantry cabinet. This will make them easy to find and also keep them from getting covered in dust or bits of food.
For ingredients and food that is stored in bags, like rice and beans, store them in trays with tall sides. Get long and narrow trays, since they use cabinet depths with the most efficiency and slide in and out easily.
Use a set of bleachers for your jars and cans. These organizational items will show your whole inventory at a glance and make it easy to reach the one you want. It will also keep them from getting lost in the back of the pantry cabinet.
